I didn’t come from money. I came from chaos.

Strained family relationships.
A childhood full of instability.
Homeless as a young man.
Crushing pressure to prove myself… to the world, to women, to anyone who would pay attention.

Despite finishing large chunks of college coursework before I was even 16, I was lost.
Driven by ego. Chasing money. Building businesses I didn’t care about. Selling jewelry, yard sale flips, home décor — anything to survive, anything to feel seen.

I lived with a split identity:

• If I made money, I was “evil.”

• If I was broke, I was “worthless.”

That mindset nearly destroyed me.

But every failure gave me something I couldn’t learn in school:
Resourcefulness. Grit. Adaptability. War-tested skill.

When a family death hit hard and my job was threatened, I made a decision:
I’d never depend on someone else for my survival again.

I founded my first real company with nothing but grit and a trunk full of different shirts — each one for a different client I was contracting with. No excuses. No safety net.

I’ve:

• Failed in eBikes when the manufacturer turned into direct competition

• Had my health and body fail while trying to grow a construction business.

• Watched my marriage collapse after consistent betrayals, survived a brutal divorce and watched everything I built get destroyed overnight, lost almost everything — and still kept pushing

I’ve built businesses while single, while married, while grieving, while fighting depression… while raising kids alone.

And I’m still standing.

Not saying that it was easy, not saying I didn’t about give up.  Can’t say it didn’t about cost me my life and health and everything.

Now I’m trying to help others avoid the same self destruction, leading lives that pulls in 5+ different directions, having family and health and business and everything all pull in different directions

I created Forge & Ignite not to inspire you, but to give you the tools to become unbreakable.

This isn’t “life coach therapy talk.”
This is about systems.
This is about strength.
This is about results.
Because if you don’t take control, life will crush you.
